A recent article published by McKinsey&Company reports that only 3 out of 10 American workers feel engaged by their job. A part of this lack of engagement is due to the perception of imbalance between the senior staff and frontline on the organization's performance long term. So how do senior execs inspire the frontline employees? What are your thoughts and strategies to motivate and push the organization forward to overcome this obstacle?
